When representing Sellers, Mike will use the most relevant property and community comp data to determine a competitive List Price that will allow for maximum Buyer exposure and a sale price that works for the Seller’s timeline.
When representing Buyers, Mike provides community and property information, helping you navigate the differences between areas of SWFL, gated and non-gated developments, bundled and non-bundled golf communities, etc. From there, he’ll work with you to schedule showings at properties that fit your criteria and tour you around the area/community and its amenities. Once you’re ready to make an offer, Mike will handle the entire transaction from start to finish, including negotiating the best price, writing the contract, to ensuring a smooth closing.
As a member of NABOR’s Legal Resources Committee Mike is always up-to-date on the most recent contract changes and requirements. When Mike isn’t helping clients with their Real Estate needs you can find him spending time with his wife, Carly and son, Cameron. He’s also an avid golfer and pickleball player. Mike holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Northwestern.
