Bonita Bay is a private Luxury Golf community in Bonita Springs. The Club features five championship courses, three on property at the main campus and two satellite courses in north Naples along Immokalee Road. The Tennis and Pickleball programs are outstanding. A new state-of-the-art fitness center, café, & spa provide a top-notch wellness program, while several dining options, including waterfront and poolside restaurants, provide a vibrant social atmosphere. Many different Membership options are available, from Golf to Sports to Social. The Club enjoys a fairly substantial waitlist for Full Golf memberships at the moment, but there are Golfing privileges for those on the waitlist.
Bonita Bay offers several different property types, including luxury homes and hi-rises, villas, and condos, within 2,400 acres of preserves and trails. Private beach access for residents is available. Given the access to five golf courses, and reasonable cost of membership and real estate, it's easily one of the best "values" in SWFL given it's extensive amenities list.
